Yoga has genuinely changed my life. I am passionate about yoga and its ability to make everything better. No matter the reason you first come to a yoga class, it is very likely that you will see fantastic results.

I teach Forrest Yoga alongside vinyasa, pregnancy and postnatal classes that are heavily inspired by Forrest. I also teach Yin yoga. The majority of my classes are at Undō in Kenilworth but you will also find me at Hatton Park Village Hall on Sunday mornings and Orange Yoga in Cheltenham on Saturdays, where I also assist on the 200hr teacher training.

I take every opportunity to expand my knowledge and everything I learn is applied to my teaching, which is constantly evolving and improving. I will always be a student of yoga, as well as a teacher.

You can expect a warm welcome at any of my classes – it is important to me that everyone feels included and I am always happy to chat through any concerns.

Continuing to train and improve upon my teaching is of enormous importance to me. I have completed the following trainings:

200hr Sun Power Yoga (initial teacher training)

225hr Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training (Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco)

300hr Advanced Teacher Training (OrangeYoga – Ian Davis)

50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training (Bernie Clark)

76hr Yoga and Somatics Training (Charlotte Watts)

15hr Level 1 Poppy Perinatal Training (Charlie Speller)

85hr Pregnancy and Postnatal Training (Sally Parkes)

25hr Anatomy and Physiology Applied to Yoga (Andrew McGonigle – Doctor Yogi)

What my students say…

Philippa is a gifted teacher, skilful and sensitively aware of individual needs. She combines an engaging teaching style with an explanation of the benefit and effect of each posture. Her enthusiasm and ability as an instructor has developed our understanding and practice of yoga.
