WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Due to COVID-19, I am not currently able to lend out my equipment as I usually would. If you have your own mat and props, then please bring these with you. If you want to buy these items I will be able to help you source them inexpensively. As the kitchen will be closed, you will need to bring water from home.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
It is important that your movement is not restricted by your clothing. Close fitting leggings are best for women and shorts for men. We practice with bare feet. Long hair should be tied up, away from the face. I strongly recommend that all jewellery is removed.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND INJURIES
I will always do my best to accommodate everyone in my classes. I do stipulate that you should be able to get up and down from the floor for dynamic classes. Yin is completely floor based. Please email me to discuss your circumstances. I may ask you to speak to your doctor before attending.
CAN I ATTEND IF I AM PREGNANT?
At the time of writing I am not offering regular pregnancy or postnatal classes. This is due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19. I hope that I will be able to introduce these classes at Hatton Park Village Hall in January 2021.
